In Zaporizhzhia, on the night of March 2, a Russian rocket hit a multi-story residential building.

13 people died at the scene of the tragedy, including an 8-month-old child and her parents. 

The baby's godmother, Anna, announced this on Instagram. 

The child's godmother wrote that her godmother and little Emilia died at the scene of the tragedy, their bodies were retrieved from the rubble by rescuers. 

Anna noted that she believed until the last that her loved ones would be found alive, but the Russians, unfortunately, killed the family. 

"Pain is just pain, they mercilessly ripped out the heart, broke and crippled the soul.. A thousand words for what? I waited for 2 days at the entrance, prayed and believed that you would be found alive, why so. Eternal memory and wound for life.. Light clouds for you, my little and forever smiling girl for me, I'm sorry you didn't keep them," Anna wrote. 

It is known that the 8-month-old girl from Zaporozhye, who was killed by the Russians, is named Emilia. 

It is also written on the Internet that the parents of the couple were constantly on duty near the destroyed house in the hope that their loved ones would be alive.

On the night of March 2, Russian terrorists launched a rocket attack on a residential building in Zaporizhzhia. 

The entrance - from the second to the fifth floor - was destroyed.

Neighboring houses were damaged by debris and the blast wave.

As of March 5, 13 deaths are known.

Another 5 people are considered missing. 

Employees of the State Emergency Service rescued 11 people.

Four cats and a dog were rescued during the demolition of the debris.
