If Russia officially declares war on Ukraine, it will allow the military leadership to gather all the resources that the state has.

Army General, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine in 2005-2010 Mykola Malomuzh told TSN.ua about this.

"Practically, nothing will change (

official declaration of war - ed.).

Changing the status of the war will allow the Russian leadership to gather everything possible. It will not be just a hidden format, for example, mobilization, forcing entrepreneurs to work every day, but it will already be in the format legislation. War, martial law, everything under Putin, generating new resources, a new wave of mobilization, forcing all entrepreneurs, businessmen to reorient themselves to the war. That all this goes to a big war. This is a change not only in the status, but also in the capabilities of the

authoritarian

regime

a more powerful way to mobilize resources by force

," he noted.

The State Duma proposes to declare war on Ukraine

We will remind, on March 2, a member of the Russian State Duma Committee on Defense, Viktor Sobolev, said that Russia should officially declare war on Ukraine after the events in the Bryansk region.

He explained that, as they say, there are no more "red lines" left.

And he also called for urgent strengthening of the borders "against the activation of subversive groups".

The ex-ambassador of Ukraine to the USA and the leader of the board of the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center Valery Chaly believes that the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is unlikely to officially declare war, because the consequences of this will be irreversible for the Russian Federation.
