Thanks to Azerbaijan's chairmanship, the role played by the Non-Aligned Movement in international relations has become stronger.

APA reports that the Prime Minister of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Ayman Benabderrahman expressed this opinion in a meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Congratulating President Ilham Aliyev for the high-level organization of the Non-Aligned Movement Summit held in Baku and Azerbaijan's successful chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement, the Prime Minister said that Algeria is interested in comprehensive development of mutual relations with Azerbaijan.

Emphasizing that our relations are currently developing in the field of inter-parliamentary cooperation and justice, the guest noted that the mechanism of political dialogue at the level of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs has started and political consultations will be held in the near future.
