Yerevan is waiting for a response to its proposal to Baku regarding the draft peace agreement and the regulation of the work of the commission on border delimitation and demarcation.

APA reports with reference to "Sputnik Armenia" that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in the parliament.

He emphasized that the proposal regarding the text of the peace agreement was submitted to the Azerbaijani side in February and no response has been received so far.

The prime minister said that he considers it normal because the preparation of the answer takes time.

"Work on the agreement continues and this work is conducted separately from personal meetings," Pashinyan said.

According to him, the necessary documents are being prepared and personal negotiations are not necessary for this.

Pashinyan noted that Yerevan has recently submitted a draft regulation of the working group on delimitation and is waiting for a response.

"The proposal to open regional communications and ensure security at the border remains valid," added the Prime Minister.
