A new lawsuit has been filed against American actor Alec Baldwin and the producers of the movie "Rust" (Rust), during the filming of which in 2021, cameraman Halina Hutchins was fatally shot, Fox News and Deadline reported.

The lawsuit was filed by three members of the camera crew who witnessed the death of the cameraman.

They are demanding compensation from the producers, which includes Baldwin.

The prosecutor's office reduced the charges against Alec Baldwin in the manslaughter case

The sound of the gunshot inside the small church was deafening, resulting in injuries to the plaintiffs, the suit states.

After the fatal shooting, they temporarily lost their hearing and suffered from "vibration shock."

They also claim that after the incident, the producers did not offer them examinations or medical services related to their emotional and mental health.

The plaintiffs themselves sought help to deal with issues such as insomnia, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder after the incident.

Alec Boludin is charged with manslaughter

Last month, Baldwin and the woman in charge of the guns during the shoot of the western were charged with the manslaughter of cinematographer Halina Hutchins, who died shortly after being injured while filming at a ranch outside Santa Fe in October 2021. Both pleaded not guilty to the charge, adds BTA.
