On the night of February 27, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 at a depth of 2 km occurred in Transcarpathia near the village of Velyka Dobron.

It is noted that the earthquake does not pose a threat to the population.

However, it is highly sensitive.

In particular, tremors were felt inside the building by many people.

"The oscillations are similar to the tremors produced by a heavily loaded car. Trembling of windows, doors, dishes. Creaking of floors and walls. Furniture begins to shake. Hanging objects are easily shaken; liquid in open markets fluctuates slightly. In cars standing still, the push is noticeable," the message says.

The last earthquake, which was felt in more than 15 settlements of Transcarpathia, was registered in the district of Irshava on January 3, 2023 with a magnitude of 3.8 at a depth of 6 km.
