The US will announce new sanctions against Russia and its allies on the anniversary of the war in Ukraine.

APA reports with reference to Reuters that the information was released by the White House.

It was reported that the sanctions that Washington will impose together with the G7 countries will target 200 individuals, various institutions of Russia and more than a dozen financial institutions.

According to the White House, the sanctions will be aimed not only at targets in Russia, but also at actors from third countries that support Russia's war efforts in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and that have relations with it in the field of defense and technology.
