On the anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, New Zealand applied even more sanctions against the aggressor.

This is reported by the New Zealand Herald.

87 people from the Russian political and military elite were added to the sanctions lists for material or strategic support of Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine. The sanctions include a travel ban, asset freezes, a ban on Russians receiving certain services, export and import restrictions.

New Zealand introduced the first sanctions on March 9, 2022.

the 10th package of sanctions against Russia

They could not reach a single consensus on agreeing on sanctions against the aggressor country.

We would like to add that 

the USA intends to introduce

additional sanctions against the Russian Federation  .

This was announced by the head of the White House, Joe Biden, during a visit to Kyiv and Warsaw.

In particular, according to him, the list will include elites and companies working for Russia's military machine.
