This is reported by the German publication Der Spiegel with reference to its sources.

According to Der Spiegel, about a hundred drones should be sent to the Russian Federation by the beginning of April.

The Russian Ministry of Defense and the Chinese company Xi'an Bingo Intelligent Aviation Technology have agreed on this.

We are talking about drones - the ZT-180 model, capable of carrying a warhead weighing from 35 to 50 kilograms.

According to military experts, this model is similar to the design of the Iranian kamikaze drone Shahed-136 ("Shaheed").

According to Ukraine and international observers, Russia uses "Shakhed" for attacks in Ukraine, including for attacks on civilian infrastructure and civilians.

Russia and Iran denied this, but in November, Iran acknowledged the supply of drones to Russia - "a small number of them even before the start of the war in Ukraine."

Der Spiegel notes that arms deliveries to Russia contradict the plan presented by China for a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.

In the 12-point plan, the PRC advocates a negotiated end to the war and calls on the world to "support Russia and Ukraine to work in the same direction and eventually achieve a complete ceasefire."

NATO Secretary General

Jens Stoltenberg

said at a press conference in Tallinn that the alliance is closely monitoring possible military support for Russia by China.

According to Stoltenberg, so far NATO has not noted the supply of lethal weapons from China, but the alliance is aware of the preparation of such plans.

He openly warned Beijing that NATO will consider such activities as supporting an aggressor country and violating international law and the UN Charter.
