[Reporter Li Lifa/Pingtung Report] A man surnamed Wu fought with the other party on the road because of a driving dispute. Afterwards, the police fined him 18,000 yuan and detained his license for half a year for dangerous driving behaviors such as parking in the lane without reason. The man refused to accept it, emphasizing that he was suspended in the driveway because of a traffic dispute, so he filed a lawsuit requesting that the original punishment be revoked. The Pingtung District Court held that it was not necessary to park side by side in the case of a similar traffic dispute, and rejected Wu Nan's request and could appeal.

Wu Nan refused to accept the punishment and filed an administrative lawsuit, emphasizing that he stopped in the lane because of an unknown person driving from a small passenger maliciously forcing the car, and the two parties had a driving dispute. , requesting the court to revoke the sanction.

After the Pingtung District Court reviewed the case and released the video of the car record, the judge believed that unless there are pedestrians or road damage in front, similar driving disputes do not have to be parked side by side on the road. According to Wu Nan's logic, all traffic violations that did not cause a car accident are not necessary. Penalty, Wu Nan's appeal is unreasonable and should be dismissed.
