In January this year, 12 products including strawberries, chrysanthemum chrysanthemums, and green cabbage were found to be in violation of regulations. Jianfuguowu, Quanlian, and Breeze Supermarket all have unqualified products.

The Health Bureau inspected 55 pieces of fruit and vegetable products this time, and found 12 products that did not comply with the regulations. Among the illegal products, there were as many as 5 strawberries, and 1 to 5 pesticide residues were detected respectively; Pesticide residues; 1 to 6 pesticide residues were found in 1 piece each of kidney beans, head cabbage, chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, green cabbage, and green onions, which did not meet the requirements of the "Pesticide Residue Allowance Standard".

Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, green cabbage, and shallots from Tsukuma Happiness Pot were all unqualified, while Chinese cabbage from Quanlian and Japanese Kumamoto strawberries from Breeze Supermarket were also found to be in violation.

The Health Bureau has requested that the sampling sites remove products that do not comply with the regulations and cannot be sold. The residual pesticide content does not meet the "Pesticide Residue Allowance Standard", which will violate Article 15, Item 1, Subparagraph 5 of the Food Safety and Sanitation Management Law "Content of residual pesticides or animal drugs "Exceeding the safety tolerance" regulations, the responsible operator may be fined more than 60,000 yuan and less than 200 million yuan.

If the industry cannot explain the source, it can be fined more than 30,000 yuan and less than 3 million yuan.

The Health Bureau reminds the industry that when selling fruits and vegetables, the seller should be required to provide a complete product transaction certificate and keep it, and also take photos of the source information of the product box, such as the manufacturer’s name and supply code, for storage. If the source of unqualified products is subsequently traced, source management can be achieved. .
