It is estimated that the maximum number of buyers will be about 760,000, and the estimated total subsidy amount will reach more than 8.1 billion yuan; as for the subsidy distribution proposed by the central government, there is a gap with the expectations of the four cities.

Zhong Mingshi emphasized that the development of public transportation needs to be maintained for a long time, and the three-year period is too short. It is suggested that the central government should prepare a long-term budget for support, continuously promote the public transportation monthly ticket policy, and take precautions in response to the traffic volume problem of monthly tickets in the living circle. Public transport drivers, vehicle equipment and other resources are reviewed according to needs, and more assistance is given to the operators to reduce the burden, so as to maintain the best service quality of public transport.
