Svetlana Tsikhanovskaya

called on Belarusians living abroad to attend rallies against the war on the anniversary of Russia's attack on Ukraine - February 24.

The place of such actions can be the diplomatic missions of Belarus in foreign cities, according to the statement published on February 23 by the press service of Tsikhanovskaya:

"On February 24, 2022, a terrible war began, in which

Lukashenka's

regime is taking part.

Through him, the Belarusian state became a co-aggressor, but not Belarusians.

Belarusians do not support this war," said Svyatlana Tsikhanovskaya.

She emphasized that after the start of the war, Belarusians stopped echelons with military equipment and sent information about the movements of Russian troops.

Belarusians also continue volunteer work in Ukraine, and volunteers fight in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces:

"Tomorrow will be a year since the war, which should not be a day.

And Belarusians do not forget about it.

In our country, where yellow and blue ribbons are given a day, and a criminal case is opened for the song of the band "Okiyan Elzy", it is impossible to go out with the national flags of Ukraine and Belarus," the head of the United Transitional Cabinet reminded.

Svetlana Tikhanovskaya suggested to those who still do not know where rallies will be held in their city or country to find local communities of Belarusians using the dze.chat service and to join pickets at Belarusian embassies or other anti-war actions.
