The Minister of Lands, Housing and Housing Development, Dr. Angeline Mabula, has asked the councils in the country to allocate investment areas, to make it easier for investors coming to the country to invest in various sectors without disruption.

Dr. Mabula made the statement on February 22, 2023 during a working session to discuss and set strategies to overcome the challenges of the land sector in the Morogoro region that was held in the region.

Minister Mabula said, President Samia Suluhu Hassan has opened the country by welcoming investors, where he explained that investors have already started coming in large numbers and competing in various sectors such as agriculture, industry, mining and house construction.

According to Dr. Mabula, President Samia directed every council in the country to set aside investment areas, so it is the responsibility of each council to ensure that investment areas are prepared and set aside along with a strategy that will make those areas ready for investment.
