A Mazda passenger car hit a cart coming out of a roadside property on Yagodovsko Shosse in Plovdiv around 11 p.m. last night. 

The 40-year-old driver of the bogie was given medical assistance on the spot, and during a breathalyzer check, it was found that the man had consumed alcohol above 2 parts per million.

Behind the wheel of the car was a 22-year-old man, whose alcohol test was negative.

The case was processed administratively by a team of the "Road Police" sector.

A boy is in hospital after another accident yesterday in Plovdiv.

Around 10:15 a.m., traffic police officers were directed to a report that a teenager crossing the road was hit by a Chevrolet car on Sarnena Gora Street.

The child was left under medical supervision.
