He pointed out that the annual presidential message of the Russian president to the parliament "is always loud news" - "one of the most important events of the head of state during the year".

"Everyone is waiting for the message in the hope of hearing an assessment of what is happening, an assessment of the special military operation, an assessment of the international situation and the president's vision of how we are dealing with this and how we will develop in the future," stressed Putin's press secretary.
