"No matter what I did, over time the food started to stick to the pan during frying. I had to buy new dishes quite often. But somehow I came across an interesting and quite simple trick. I decided to try it and was surprised that the pan stopped burning."

The trick is quite simple.

So that the food does not stick to the pan, you need to pre-fry it with salt.

What shall I do?

First, the surface of the pan must be degreased.

To do this, you can simply wash the dishes with a soft sponge and detergent.

Only after that you can start roasting.

The pan is placed on the stove and heated.

Then several spoons of salt are placed on the already hot surface.

It should be noted that the spice should completely cover the pan inside.

Then the fire is reduced, and the salt is periodically stirred.

How long does it take to fry the pan with salt

The pan is fried until it changes color and becomes yellowish.

Light smoke should also come from the surface.

About 10 minutes will be enough for the salt to be completely fried.

Now you can remove the pan from the heat.

What to do after roasting

After frying, it is better to pour the salt into a container, take a paper towel and wipe the surface of the pan well.

You also need to wipe the sides.

Next, pour a little sunflower oil and rub the pan with it using a clean paper towel.

Then the dishes are put on the fire and warmed up well.

After 2-3 minutes, you can turn off the stove and wipe the pan again with a paper towel from the remaining oil.

Now the dishes are completely ready for use.

Food will no longer burn.
