Russian dictator Vladimir

Putin

is limited in his capabilities on the battlefield.

He, together with the rest of the military leadership of the Russian Federation, is exhausting the army, reducing the scope of the targets and carrying out covert mobilization.

This was stated by the senior military adviser of the Great Britain delegation to the OSCE, Ian Stubbs, during a speech in Vienna, Ukrinform quotes.

He noted that the Russian army has recently lost the largest number of soldiers at the front since February 24.

At the same time, this does not stop the enemy, and, most likely, the leadership of the Russian army has already deployed most of the reservists called up as part of "partial mobilization".

Stubbs believes that

the Russian Federation now has several options:

to continue to exhaust its forces or to announce a new wave of mobilization.

"But there is another option: Putin can end this war now, withdraw all Russian troops from the sovereign territory of Ukraine, and thus end the senseless sacrifice of thousands of other ordinary Russians," Stubbs said.

He also emphasized that Ukraine should continue to receive weapons from its partners in order to liberate its territories from the occupiers and prevent new takeovers.

In his opinion, this is the only way to peace.

"We will support the Ukrainians in their struggle for the liberation of their homeland. The sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine will be restored," said the representative of Britain in the OSCE.

It will be recalled that the Russian opposition leader Mykhailo Khodorkovsky stated that

there are three ways of developing the war

started by Russia led by Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin.

One of the options is that the war has been going on for years with great losses and it is impossible to predict how it will end.

As military analyst Oleksiy Hetman reported,

Putin has no chance of winning the war

and staying in power.
