The body of 58-year-old Maryna Yankina, who managed the financial support department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the Western Military District, was found in the Russian city of St. Petersburg.

A woman's body was found in the evening of February 15 under the windows of a house on Zamshina Street, Kalininsky District, St. Petersburg.

The press service of ZVO confirmed that the deceased really worked in the department, but refused to comment further.

Russian law enforcement agencies are considering the suicide version.
