The family of a soldier killed in an attack by an angry mob in Tamil Nadu has demanded capital punishment for the nine attackers.

The relatives also say that CM MK Stalin should come and meet them.

Although a case has been registered in this matter and nine people including a DMK corporator have been arrested, but no compensation has been announced, nor has any leader of the ruling DMK met the family.

The soldier's father Madaiya said, "My son was only 28 years old and has two children. What will happen to their future. All nine (accused) should die. No one should be released. They should be given death sentence." Needed."

Significantly, Prabhu M had an argument with a DMK councilor on February 8 in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu over washing clothes in a public tank.

The matter soon escalated and corporator Chinnaswamy, his sons, relatives and supporters attacked the soldier and his brother with iron rods, knives and sharp weapons.

Prabhu and his brother Prabhakar were injured in the attack.

Prabhu was admitted to the hospital where he died on Tuesday.

Prabhakar was seriously injured in the attack, he was discharged from the hospital for his brother's last rites.

Holding their two newborns, Prabhu's wife Punita Prabhu said, "She wants CM Stalin to come and meet her."

She said, "DMK corporator Chinnaswamy's son dragged my husband out of the house, threw him on the ground and stabbed him in the throat. Chinnaswamy's son, who is a policeman,

Challenged her husband that how would he be able to go to work the next day." She said, "No one from the DMK has come to our place.

The CM should help us."

Prabhakar's wife Priya also said, "He should be given the death penalty. We are scared now. My husband is recovering slowly, he has internal injuries... What is the guarantee of our lives."

Six accused in this case were arrested on February 9, the next day of the incident, while three others including the DMK corporator were arrested on Wednesday.
