President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that American leader Joe Biden may come to Ukraine when he has the opportunity.

He said this at a briefing with the Prime Minister of Sweden in Kyiv on February 15.

Zelensky, answering journalists' questions about whether he plans to meet with Biden, noted that the American leader is expected in Ukraine.

"Sometimes we meet with President Biden. Of course, you know that we invited the president, and when he has the opportunity, I think he will be happy to visit Ukraine. This is an important signal of support for our society," Zelenskyy said.

The president also thanked Biden and the United States for supporting Ukraine during the war with the Russian invaders.

It will be recalled that earlier the Polish mass media reported that President Zelenskyi may go to Poland when the American leader Joe Biden arrives in this country.

There is currently no official confirmation of this.
