A fatal road accident involving a tourist bus and a van with money took place in South Africa's Limpopo province.

As a result of the car wreck, 20 people died, and another 68 were injured. 

This is reported by ER24. 

"Three people were found dead on the roadside, and 16 - down by the river," the message reads. 

Another person died in hospital.

It is known that the bus rolled into the river after a head-on collision with a van.

Several people are currently missing.

The police are investigating the tragic event and are investigating the causes of the accident that occurred on the evening of Monday, February 13.

Earlier, we reported that a fatal road accident occurred in Odesa region with an elderly pedestrian crossing the road at an unspecified place.

The accident happened near the village of Saf'yani.

A 60-year-old victim died from his injuries.
