Despite the ban, he decided to set off fireworks in the Saltiv district of the city.

This was reported by the police of the Kharkiv region.

"On February 14, at around 8:00 p.m., citizens received a call that an unknown party had set off a firework on the territory of the Saltiv district," the message reads.

The law enforcement officers quickly established the identity of the violator.

It has been established that this is how the Kharkiv resident decided to celebrate Valentine's Day.

"Despite repeated warnings about the ban on the use of pyrotechnics during martial law, a 23-year-old man decided to celebrate Valentine's Day in this way," the police emphasized.
