Are the actions of a representative of the Military Commissariat or the police who serve a summons on the street legal?

How to act in such a case and where to contact?

Lawyer Serhiy Rudenko answered these questions.

"If the subpoena is not filled out in advance and it is filled out at your place, you may not receive such a subpoena. You can notify the police about this fact, if necessary, call an investigative team to the scene," the expert explained.

According to the lawyer, commissars cannot forcibly drag a person to the territorial recruitment center.

Serhii Rudenko also noted that, in addition to representatives of the procurement center, summonses can be served by local self-government bodies, as well as representatives of management companies or condominiums.

If there is an appropriate order from the representatives of the territorial picking center, and it will be sent to the managing company, then its authorized representative will be able to deliver the summons.

Earlier, the lawyer spoke about the difference between the new and the previous sample suspensions during the mobilization in Ukraine.

According to her, this issue is regulated by the annex to the Cabinet resolution.

It has separate provisions regarding the new data required to arrive at the call.
