At the briefing on the half-year anniversary of the work of the United Transitional Cabinet, answering a journalist's question about Lukashenka's potential entry into the Russian war against Ukraine, the Cabinet representatives stated the existence of a plan for such a case.

The head of ByPOL Alexander Azarov

mentioned such a plan

:

"We are not waiting for Lukashenka to enter the war, we are working to prevent him from doing so.

We have an agreement with the Ukrainians, we have a plan and we are working according to it.

This plan cannot be announced now.

Lukashenka is ready for war and only time will tell when he will join it."

Svetlana Tsikhanovskaya

spoke about relations with Ukraine.

According to her, private meetings with representatives of the Ukrainian government were:

"We will support Ukrainians and the Ukrainian people in their struggle against Russian aggression.

We are currently working in Ukraine, in Kiev.

There were meetings with representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, with representatives of the administration.

Some of them were not public."

Cabinet representative Valer Kovalevsky also spoke about relations with Ukraine

.

"There were many expert meetings.

We are not completely satisfied with the current level of relations, but we understand the difficult conditions Ukraine is currently in.

Their support will be our first priority.

There are developments for dialogue at an expert level.

We see prospects for work at the international level."

Svetlana Tsikhanovskaya added that "now she cannot enter Ukraine to meet with representatives of the Kalinovsky Regiment."

So far, I have not received such an invitation.
