Polad Bülbüloğlu expressed his condolences to the people of Turkey regarding the strong earthquake that occurred on February 6 of the current year and wished for the recovery of the injured.

The ambassador emphasized that from the first minutes of the tragedy, on the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, all necessary aid was sent to the earthquake region and the people there, and this aid continues today.

The people of Azerbaijan are mobilizing and doing everything they can to support the areas affected by the earthquake and the affected population there.

Azerbaijanis living in Russia also showed solidarity and provided humanitarian and financial aid to Turkey using their capabilities.

The employees of our embassy also joined this benevolent mission.

Turkish Ambassador to Russia Mehmet Samsar expressed his deep gratitude to Ambassador Polad Bulbuloglu, the staff of the Embassy and every Azerbaijani for their support.

On this difficult day, many Azerbaijanis came to the Embassy of Turkey in Russia to show their support.
