The presence of a "white ticket"

is not an indisputable reason for exemption from mobilization

in Ukraine.

Only the category

"unfit with exclusion from military registration"

specified in the document gives the right not to serve in the army regardless of the situation in the country.

This was reported in the Zhytomyr Regional Territorial Center for Procurement and Social Support.

What to do after receiving a summons

When conscripts receive summonses, they

must come to the Military Committee

(TCC and SP)

with all the necessary documents

.

If a person does not have the right to deferment, he

must be sent to the military medical commission

(MMC).

"This is necessary for both sides: both the conscript and the army, because a person may not know about some of his illnesses or have inaccurate information," the Military Commissariat explained.

All those who do not have the right to a postponement

for reasons other than health conditions pass the medical commission.

A conscript is examined by a surgeon, a therapist, a neurologist, a psychiatrist, an ophthalmologist, an otorhinolaryngologist, a dentist, and a dermatologist during the medical examination at the TCC and SP.

If necessary, they can refer to other specialists for additional examination.

Who is considered unfit for service

After the medical examination, the military medical commission meets, which

makes a decision on the suitability or unfitness of a person for service

.

It is worth noting that the list of diseases that entitle a conscript to deferment or to receive a certificate of unfitness is much smaller in wartime than in peacetime.

Patients with severe forms of viral hepatitis, as well as those with an HIV-related illness accompanied by infectious, parasitic diseases, malignant tumors, etc., are unfit for military service and excluded from military registration.

We will remind, lawyer and lawyer Nadiya Hryshchenko explained what to do if a person is abroad, and a summons came to her home.

Even before the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, many conscripted Ukrainians were abroad and still have not returned.
