The President of Argentina, Alberto Fernandez, has replaced Juan Mansour as chief of staff with Agustin Rossi, the presidential office announced, BNR reports. 

"President Alberto Fernández and chief of staff Juan Mansour have agreed that the latter will return to the province of Tucuman to lead the campaign of Osvaldo Haldo, who is running for governor," the office said in a press release.

According to the Clarin newspaper, Rossi will be the third prime minister under Fernandez.

Until now, he was the director of the Federal Intelligence Service, and before that he was the secretary of defense.

Rossi will take up his new post on Wednesday.
