At the beginning of February, Lukashenka signed a decree on the creation of a commission that will decide whether Belarusians who left due to repressions can return to their homeland.

The commission was headed by Prosecutor General

Andrey Shved

.

He said that "two-thirds of the commission consists of public figures, authoritative people in Belarusian society."

Governors of Shved

in the commission - Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Commission for International Affairs and National Security of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Valery Haidukevich and Deputy Prosecutor General Alyaksei Stuk.

The commission also included security forces, officials, propagandists and several representatives of pro-government organizations: from propagandist

Ryhor Azaronka

to the head of the KGB,

Ivan Tertel

.

We are talking about those who themselves have been fined before the state or were involved in criminal cases.

Ryhor Azaronak

The current propagandist started his career very early and not in journalism.

Already in 2011 (then Azaronka was 16-17 years old), he worked part-time at the "Ranak" additional education center.

In 2013, Azaronak worked in a kindergarten, then in a gymnasium and a school.

This follows from the information of the "Cyberpartisans", which they shared with Svoboda.

This is the hacked database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, information from which cyber guerrillas obtained in the summer of 2021.

Azaronak appeared on television in 2016.

The propagandist appears at once in several criminal cases as a victim.

In November 2020, he was allegedly injured during protests near Pushkinskaya Street.

It was the "I leave" action, a protest against the murder of Roman Bandarenka.

Another criminal case is related to the translator

Olga Kalatskaya

, who gave Azaronka a blow.

After that, the translator was sentenced to two years of "home chemistry".

Another criminal case also concerns the incident that took place on November 15, 2020, at the rally in honor

of Roman Bandarenka

.

Then allegedly "an unknown person struck about 20 blows on the head and shoulders" of Azaronka.

At least two more criminal cases are connected with Azaronka.

One is the case of an attempt on Azaronko himself, one of the episodes for which five representatives of the "Civil Self-Defense Squad" organization were tried.

Then

Natalya Matveeva

was sentenced to 14 years in prison,

Vadim Gulevich

– 18 years in prison,

Kirill Ashurko

– 13 years in prison,

Glotov

and

Sosnovsky

each 20 years in prison.

They were found guilty of acts of terrorism, one of which was an attempt on Azaronka.

Another criminal case involving a propagandist is the case of political prisoner

Artem Zabelyankov

.

He was convicted according to Part 1 of Art.

342 ("Active participation in actions that grossly violate public order") and Art.

198 of the Criminal Code ("Obstruction of the legitimate professional activity of a journalist").

According to human rights activists, while participating in the Pride March on October 11, 2020, Artyom appealed to state propagandist Ryhor Azaronka and cameraman

Andrey Ivanenko

to stop filming .

Judge

Alena Kaptsevich

sentenced the political prisoner to 2 years of general regime prison.

Azaronak has no administrative fines.

Dmitry Baskov

Dmitri Baskau, who is now a member of the Council of the Republic, was also included in Shved's commission.

Baskov previously headed the Hockey Federation of Belarus.

According to the ByPol investigation, Baskov was present at "Peramen Square" on the day when Roman Bandarenko was beaten and died from his injuries.

After that, telephone conversations appeared on the Internet, where the voice of one of the interlocutors was similar to the voice of Dmitrii Baskov, and the other - to the voice of Lukashenka's press secretary

Natalya Eismant

.

In the conversation, they were just discussing future ribbon-cutting raids in yards.

According to "Kyberpartizans", since 2012, Baskov has committed 37 administrative violations, all of them related to traffic violations.

Dmitry Baskov

For example, in the summer of 2020, Dmitri Baskau exceeded the speed: he accelerated to 141 km/h on a section of the road where you can only drive at 90 km/h.

In the summer of 2012, he drove into the oncoming lane through the tram tracks, in 2017 he did not organize a timely repair of the car, in 2013 he did not pass the technical inspection on time.

Only one offense stands out from the entire list – on December 11, 2020, Baskov "made noise in the apartment at night."

Baskov also has business interests.

In 2020, on the instructions of Lukashenka, he became a co-owner of a battery factory near Brest, against the construction of which local residents protested for several years in a row.

From 2019 to 2020, Baskov was a member of the board of directors of BSB Bank.

In 2018, he received a share in the Retorsion Trade company, which, among other things, was developing the elite settlement of Tarasava near Minsk.

Natalia Karchevskaya

Natalya Karchevskaya was appointed rector of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts at the end of October 2020.

Before that, she was the first deputy minister of culture, and even before that, a deputy of the Minsk City Council of Deputies of the 18th convocation.

In her new position, Natalya Karchevskaya has already earned one administrative case – for violation of the procedure of state procurement.

Andrey Mukavozchyk

Another member of the "commission for the return of fugitive Belarusians" is Andrey Mukavozchyk, a columnist for the newspaper of the Lukashenka administration "SB: Belarus Segodnya".

The eldest children of the columnist are in the USA: daughter

Maria

and son

Mikhail

live in the state of Virginia.

Former political prisoner and journalist Mikalai Dziadok is suing the editors of the newspaper "Sovetskaya Belorussia" for the protection of honor and dignity.

In the photo - representatives of "SB" - Andrei Mukavozchyk (left) and the editor of the legal department of the publication Alyaksei Shpilevsky.

Minsk, August 17, 2017

With the help of "Cyberpartizans", Svaboda found out that over the past ten years, more than 20 administrative reports have been filed against Mukavozchik for speeding and parking in inappropriate places.

The propagandist owns a Lexus RX300 car, as well as several apartments in Minsk.

Oleg Dyachenko

Member of the Council of the Republic and rector of the Academy of Post-Graduate Education

Oleg Dyachenko

will also decide whether opponents of the regime who left Belarus can return.

He has no administrative penalties, but he is charged immediately with three criminal articles: "Distribution of personal information", "Anonymous threat" and damage to a car.

Yury Vaskrasensky

Former member of the Communist Party and former member of Viktar Babarika's team, Yury Vaskrasensky, the authorities are trying to pass him off as a representative of the "constructive opposition".

He promised amnesty and release of political prisoners more than once, but this did not happen.

Now Yuri is a member of the commission for the return of refugees from repression.

Yury Vaskrasensky

There is a criminal case against Yury Vaskrasenskyi for participating in the August 9-10 protests.

He was released from the KGB pre-trial detention center in October 2020, and soon gave several interviews to the state media about his disillusionment with the protest movement.

Since 2015, Vaskrasensky has had 12 administrative fines, most of which are related to traffic violations.

Marat Markov

Another journalist from the state media, who was included in the repatriation commission, is Marat Markau, general director of ANT.

Former colleagues describe him as "a cruel and vindictive person with a narcissistic nature."

Marat Markov loves motorcycles, he owns a Harley Davidson.

According to "Kyberpartizan" information, since 2013 he has 10 administrative reports for violating traffic rules.

Marat Markov

We did not find any administrative fines or criminal charges against other members of the commission, its complete composition looks like this:
