During the 'Aero India Show', which is going to start in Bengaluru from today, people will get to see air display and many stunts.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this show today.

Which will run till 17 February.

India's indigenous strength will be seen in the show and many fighter aircraft and helicopters will perform.

According to the official website of 'Aero India', 807 exhibitors including 109 foreigners have confirmed their participation in the 'Aero India Show' to be held at the Air Force Station in Yelahanka.

It is reported that participants from 98 countries, Defense Ministers of 32 countries and Air Force Chiefs of 29 countries and 73 CEOs from global and Indian origin equipment manufacturers are expected to participate in this biggest ever event.

Around 800 defense companies and startups will showcase technological advancements and developments in the aviation and defense sectors.

According to defense officials, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the five-day program at Yelahanka airport, the theme of which is - Ek Arab Sambhavna Ki Raah (The Runway to a Billion Opportunities).

In this air show, India's development in the field of aviation and its defense capabilities will be shown.

Many fighter aircraft and helicopters will perform during the show.

The 'Aero India Show' will have an Indian pavilion, which will showcase India's development in this field.

India's Light Combat Aircraft Tejas will be the center of attraction in the Indian Pavilion.

Kempegowda International Airport has been partially closed due to the show.

Equipment from defense companies around the world will be displayed in this air show.

The Ministry of Defense of India is organizing the Aero India Show-2023 to be held at Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru.

The names of the aircrafts which will participate in the fourteenth edition of this air show are as follows-

  • F-21 fighter plane

  • C- 130J Transport Plane

  • MH-60R Romeo, Multi Mission Helicopter

  • Javelin Weapon System

  • S-92 Multi Role Helicopter

  • 737, 787 Dreamliner and 777X

  • Tejas Mark 1A is included.
