The Lok Sabha Secretariat has sent an email to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been asked to reply to the notice given to him in connection with his remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Parliament.

BJP's Nishikant Dubey and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi have filed a complaint against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi accusing him of breach of privilege.

The Lok Sabha Secretariat has said that they have to reply by Wednesday.

Answer has been sought on the notice of breach of privilege of BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi.

The Lok Sabha Secretariat has asked Rahul Gandhi to file a reply by February 15.

He is accused of placing false, contemptuous, unparliamentary and misleading facts against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the discussion on the motion of thanks on the President's address in the Lok Sabha on February 7.

The Deputy Secretary of the Privileges and Conduct Branch of the Lok Sabha Secretariat has sent an email to Rahul Gandhi.

Nishikant Dubey had given a notice of breach of privilege against Rahul Gandhi.

At the same time, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi had written a letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker saying that under Rule 380, some unparliamentary, dishonorable allegations of Rahul Gandhi should be removed from the proceedings of the House.
