Melitopol

of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Russian invaders staged a trial against a woman who financially supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine.    

The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, told about it. 

It is noted that the "trial session" was conducted by judges brought from Russia.

"Last week, the occupiers began not only to take prisoners, but to arrange a real court in the temporarily occupied Melitopol. They brought some judges from the Russian Federation there and they began to sentence our residents to some imprisonments. For example, a resident of the city simply attacked our army they found her, found a bank statement in her smartphone and took her to court, he said.

The mayor noted that there are at least five torture chambers in Melitopol, and 800 police officers from Russia were brought to the city.

Ivan Fedorov also said that in Melitopol the resistance among the local population is only increasing. 

"Melitopol is definitely on the agenda for liberation," he summarized. 

The situation in Melitopol

The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, said that

50,000 to 60,000 residents remain in the temporarily occupied city.

This is a third of the population before the start of the full-scale Russian invasion.

In the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, there are "Vagnerivtsi", "Kadyrivtsi" and mobilized.
