Russian dictator Vladimir Putin must personally address the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to show that he is still alive.

The dictator will brag about "successes" in the war against Ukraine and the situation in Russia.

Political technologist Taras Zahorodniy said this on the air of FREEDOM TV channel.

"The message to the Federal Assembly is Putin's duty in the format of an inter-elite conversation. Senators must make sure that Putin is alive. Because there are rumors in the Kremlin that the dictator is dead, and his role is played by an actor. He must appear in person for this speech, without using a double - this is required by the environment. Second - he must give a message to the elite, because they must understand whether there is a way out of the situation, where the country is moving and what will happen to their interests," Zagorodnyi said.

The political technologist also believes that on the anniversary of the bloody war, Putin needs festivities to show that everything is fine in Russia.

"Through this, he wants to show the Russians that everything is fine, that they are having solid "successes". As for whether he will declare mobilization or martial law, I doubt it. They can recruit people anyway. They don't need to close the borders, but simply prepare lists of conscript men of the age that is prohibited from leaving," said the political technologist.

It will be recalled that Russian dictator Putin plans to address the Federal Assembly on February 21.

Russians will also celebrate the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine on February 22.

In Luzhniki, the invaders plan to organize a real concert, to which Vladimir Putin will probably come.

200,000 Russians are planned to be deported to this event.
