On Saturday, February 11, texts critical of the Russian government about the war in Ukraine were published on the website of one of the most popular Russian newspapers supporting the Kremlin's policy, Komsomolskaya Pravda.

The Telegram channel "To be continued" drew attention to this.

In the news that appeared in the "exclusive" column, it was about Putin's order to strike Ukrainian cities, as a result of which civilians die, that "maniac Putin is pouring money into killing the peaceful people of Ukraine" and that the war will end then , when "dictator Putin will lose power."

The publications are not only devoted to the crimes of the Kremlin regime, they are about the second wave of mobilization in Russia and the true number of dead Russian occupiers, as well as the torture of Russian political prisoners — Oleksiy Navalny, Volodymyr Kara-Murza, and Ilya Yashin.

The author of the news turned out to be 24-year-old Volodymyr Romanenko, who collaborated with Russian propagandists as a remote news feed editor.

After the announcement of partial mobilization in September last year, he went abroad.

In a comment on the Telegram channel, Romanenko says that, obviously, this was his last news on the site and now he will be out of a job, but "takes it as atonement."

"Komsomolskaya Pravda" has not yet commented on what happened.

Currently, these publications are no longer available, but a copy has been preserved in the archive.

According to Romanenko, the news was deleted by the graduate editor.

We will remind you that the Russian propaganda blogger, who spreads fakes and misinformation about the war in Ukraine and praises the occupiers in the WarGonzo project on YouTube, was declared suspicious in absentia.
