The Cuban boxer Erislandy Álvarez debuted on the professional circuit with a victory against the Mexican José Segura by divided vote (2-1).
Álvarez triumphed in a six-round bout in the 135-pound class.
With this success, they add 16 victories and one defeat for the Domadores de Cuba in professional boxing.
The judges voted 58-56, 57-56 and 56-57.
The defeat against Álvarez is the 11th for Segura.
