The President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, was received this Saturday at the Campeche Ingeniero Alberto Acuña Ongay International Airport, Mexico, by his counterpart Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
This is Díaz-Canel's fourth official visit to Mexico as head of state.
The Cuban president was invited by AMLO to talk about collaboration in public health and the supply of ballast for the Mayan train.
They will also address issues related to the US blockade of Cuba.

The heads of state will hold a private interview.
Then both delegations will meet after noon.
Authorities from the Mexican Social Security Institute, which executes the IMSS-Welfare Health Plan in which Cuban doctors participate, will be present at this meeting.
This Friday, 63 doctors arrived in Mexico, completing the staff of 610 doctors from 30 specialties whose objective is to cover the deficit that this nation presents.
