The Delhi Police has filed a 134-page charge sheet against Sukesh Chandrasekhar in the Patiala House Court.

Sukesh Chandrasekhar, accused in the case of fraud of about Rs 200 crore, has sent a legal notice to actress Chahat Khanna.

Sukesh has demanded a compensation of 100 crores, accusing the actress of tarnishing his image.

Accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar has said that the actress has shared wrong information against him in the media in a recent interview.

That matter is still pending before the court.

Until an accused is proved guilty in a case, no person has any right to comment against that accused.

Answer sought in 7 days

Sukesh Chandrasekhar's lawyer has sent a legal notice to actress Chahat Khanna asking her to issue a media statement apologizing against Sukesh Chandrasekhar within 7 days.

Sukesh's lawyer has said that if no statement is issued by actress Chahat Khanna within 7 days, then further legal action will be taken against him.

What did Chahat Khanna say?

While talking to a media organization on January 29, Chahat Khanna had said that he was called from Mumbai to Delhi in the name of an event.

At the same time, a woman who revealed her name as Angel Khan (Pinky Irani), took her to Tihar instead of the event, where she met Sukesh.

According to Chahat, Sukesh met her as the owner of a popular South TV channel and J Jayalalithaa's nephew.

Along with this, the actress had also claimed that Sukesh had proposed her for marriage sitting on his knees.
