Moscow is ready to consider Kiev's settlement proposals, but the Ukrainian regime is not interested.

According to APA's Moscow correspondent, Vasili Nebenzya, Russia's permanent representative to the UN, said this in an interview with the local mass media.

"Our position on negotiations with Ukraine is known to everyone and this position has not changed. We are still ready to consider our proposals and serious proposals that take into account the situation on the ground. Unfortunately, we do not see any preconditions for this now. The Ukrainian regime is not interested in this," - said the Russian diplomat.

Nebenzya reminded that on September 30, 2022, Vladimir Zelensky signed Decree No. 679, which prohibits negotiations with the Russian leadership.

"But what is more important is that even if Kyiv wanted it, the Western curators would not allow it. It is they who are waging a "proxy war" with us until the last Ukrainian."
