On the night of February 10, the Russian occupiers launched a rocket attack on one of the energy facilities in the Kryvorizka district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Two workers were injured.

This was reported in the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office.

"On the night of February 10, 2023, military personnel of the Russian Federation, disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, launched a missile attack on one of the energy facilities of the Kryvorizka district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

As a result of the enemy attack, two employees of the enterprise were injured," the message reads.

The condition of the victims is not known.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Prosecutors, investigators and experts work at the site of the shelling, recording evidence of a new crime committed by the aggressor state.

It will be recalled that during the massive shelling of Ukraine on February 10 in the Kryvorizka district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, air defense forces shot down 4 rockets.
