The lawsuit against the Hollywood actor came from Ukraine to Los Angeles from Galina's parents - mother Olga Solovei, father Anatoly Androsovich and sister Svitlana Zemko, who live in Ukraine near Kyiv.

According to the family's attorney, Gloria Allred, the parents and sister are seeking damages from the actor for intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and "loss of consortium," which is a term that means deprivation of a relationship.

"Of course, for all three of our clients, the tragic loss of their daughter and sister is heartbreaking, but now, in addition to this tragedy, they have to try to cope with this loss while living in Ukraine in the midst of a war that was unleashed by Putin," commented the lawyer, writes france24.

She added that the mother of the murdered Hutchins works as a nurse, where she helps take care of wounded soldiers.

The cameraman's sister takes care of two children by herself, while her husband defends Ukraine at the front.

According to the relatives, if Halyna Hutchins were alive, she "would not have allowed them to stay in the country" and "could have transported them to the United States."

As you know, Alec Baldwin reached a financial agreement with Hutchins' widower Matthew.

However, the lawyer of the operator's family claims, the actor did not contact his parents and sister after the tragedy.

It should be noted that two weeks ago, Alec Baldwin was  

with the murder of a cameraman from Ukraine, Galina Hutchins.

The actor is accused of reckless disregard for safety, which led to the fatal shooting of Galina Hutchins during the shooting of the western "Rust" in New Mexico in 2021.
