In Russia, the regime will change due to population riots.

In addition, it will be a riot, and not a conscious protest, since there is no civil society in the Russian Federation.

Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, stated this on the air of the telethon.

"All the scenarios (Putin's - ed.) fall on prepared ground. This is a nation that has lived in slavery for hundreds of years, there are institutionally no democratic practices, no experience of resistance," Yusov noted.

According to him, at some stage in the Russian Federation oil prices were allowed to feed the population, for many it turned out to be enough, and the rest were either forced out of the country or put in prisons.

"

But there will still be a riot. It's a matter of time

... If it were a civil society, then it would not be a riot, but a meaningful protest, which was the Maidan in Ukraine - with values, with specific demands and understanding for what. Since the societies there if there is not, then it will not be a protest, but a riot, which in the end, one way or another, will end with a change of regime and reformatting in the Russian Federation itself," Yusov is convinced.
