Ukrainian singer

Svitlana Tarabarova

told how she saved herself from constant toxicosis, which tormented her during three pregnancies.

In particular, the actress said that every time for the first three months she was constantly nauseous.

All three toxicoses were night terrors for the performer, and almost nothing alleviated Svetlana's condition.

However, the star found some products that made her feel better.

During the first pregnancy, it was Borjomi mineral water.

"When I was hoping for Ivan, Borjomi helped me - I went everywhere with a bottle, and people who didn't know about my condition - smiled and poked me, like "oh, was it a fun evening yesterday?" - I said, yeah, not anymore the first week," the performer shared.

But during the second pregnancy, "Borjomi" did not help anymore.

Only dried cloves saved the performer from toxicosis.

"When I was hoping with Maria, unfortunately, "Borjomi" no longer helped, but saved only cloves - dried flowers - I put it under my tongue and absorbed it for hours, sometimes I even fell asleep with it, and it really eased the nausea, almost removed it." - added the star.

During the third pregnancy, the performer was saved only by fresh apples.

However, you couldn't eat a lot of them, so I invented a life hack - I put a piece under my tongue.

"But for the third time, only fresh apples saved me. And you can't eat a lot of them - it hurts my stomach. But a small piece with a sour taste under my tongue was my salvation," the artist added.

Tarabarova noted that these are her personal life hacks.

The star says that each organism is individual, which helps her - it may not be useful for another expectant mother.
