Chen Zongyan said that the National Development Council will formulate the "Key Points for the Executive Yuan and its affiliated agencies to implement personal data protection liaison operations" for the new mechanism, and cooperate with various ministries and commissions in appropriate situations. Chen Zongyan emphasized that regarding whether to establish an independent review and supervision mechanism for information security in the future, the president has instructed three political commissars, Luo Bingcheng, Gong Mingxin, and Wu Zhengzhong, to conduct comprehensive research on the existing platform, and the Constitutional Court has declared that it is necessary to establish an independent information protection mechanism.
