They return 130 irregular migrants from the Bahamas.

The most numerous return of irregular migrants by the Bahamian authorities to Cuba took place this Wednesday, February 8

, when 130 people (107 men, 22 women and one minor) returned on a flight from that country through the José Martí International Airport in Havana, reported the Ministry of the Interior.

A note published on its website points out that all of them had left the country illegally by sea and four were transferred to the investigative bodies for being alleged perpetrators of serious criminal acts, which were investigated prior to their departure.

This is the fourth operation by air from the Bahamas in 2023, with which there are 297 returnees from that country.
