A group of search and rescue and medical workers from Uzbekistan arrived in Turkey to help Turkey in eliminating the consequences of the earthquake.

APA reports that Bakhtiyor Saidov, acting as the foreign minister of Uzbekistan, said this on Twitter.

"The plane of the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan, carrying 71 people and medical supplies, has arrived in Gaziantep. Most of them (50 people) are medical workers who will work in a field hospital that provides emergency aid to those injured during this week's catastrophic earthquakes. We are with Turkey and we are praying for it!"

Saidov said in his post.
