Mercenaries of the "Wagner" PMC settle en masse in the temporarily captured territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, where the accumulation of enemy troops and equipment is also recorded.

The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, told about this on the air of the TV channel "Freedom" on February 9.

He noted that recently, as before, there is an accumulation of Russian military and equipment in the captured territories of Zaporizhzhia.

"It is not news that they started entering villages, that they started taking people's houses. Only in the last few days we have seen that in the city of Melitopol itself, they have taken over another school, which is located in the area of the airport," - Fedorov said.

He added that the Russian invaders are en masse settling in the apartments and houses of those people who left.

In addition, the occupiers

forcibly evict local residents from their homes

if the enemy needs a specific area.

At the same time, the Russians give people just a day to leave.

"

We also see a mass settlement of "Wagnerians".

For example, one and a half thousand "Wagnerians" arrived in Mykhailivka, and there are also approximately several thousand in Vasylivka. They are coming en masse today to the territory of the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhya region," said the mayor of Melitopol.

He noted that Russian troops also

continue to shell Zaporizhzhia,

 mostly using the S-300 complex.

"It is from these S-300 complexes that the attacks are carried out and thereby expose to danger, first of all, the people, the civil infrastructure of the Zaporizhzhia region," Fedorov added.

It will be recalled that at the beginning of February, Fedorov reported that the Russian occupiers had captured approximately 80% of all hospitals in the captured territories of the Zaporizhzhia region.

The hospitals were turned into their own military hospitals, where wounded Russian soldiers are treated.

Note that, as Ukrainian intelligence reported on February 6, Russian troops may advance on Donetsk region, Luhansk region, and possibly Zaporizhzhia.

According to military expert Roman Svitan, there are not enough Russian forces and a real military task in the Zaporozhye region, so the enemy will not be able to capture the city.
