Let us tell you that yesterday, on February 8, in the notice issued by the board under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, it was said, "Keeping in mind the importance of mother cow to all cow lovers and to make life happy and full of positive energy." May celebrate Cow Hug Day on February 14.” The notice states that hugging cows will bring “emotional richness” and increase “collective happiness”.
