A 7.8-magnitude earthquake occurred in Turkey, and thousands of people died. my country’s fire department has sent two rescue teams to Turkey for rescue. 44 special search and rescue team members from the Changhua County Fire Department are also on standby. All preparations have been completed, and the number of search and rescue personnel is adjusted according to the actual needs of the fire department, and rescue can be launched at any time.

With the consent of Turkey, the Chinese government formed the "Taiwan International Search and Rescue Team", and has sent 40 and 90 search and rescue team members to the disaster-stricken areas in Turkey to assist in the rescue.

Shi Shunren, chief of the Changhua County Fire Department, pointed out that there are currently 44 special search personnel in the Changhua Fire Department, and adjustments can be made according to the actual needs of the fire department.

The fire department has a brigade (chief, deputy chief, sub-captain and other cadres), and the level of cadres is selected according to the needs of the number of people to be dispatched.

If there are 10 people, the squad leader can lead the class.

The special search team of the Changhua Fire Department has prepared rescue equipment in the past few days, including lighting equipment, destruction equipment and life-saving equipment, such as RUKAS hydraulic stretcher, heavy lifting bag group (AIRBAG), rock crusher, Disc cutters, saber saws, roll stretchers, life detectors, etc.

Shi Shunren said that the Changhua Fire Department's special search team is currently dispatched by the Fire Department. They are all ready and on standby. If there is a third rescue team, they can start humanitarian rescue at any time.
