BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has given notice of breach of privilege against Rahul Gandhi.

The discussion on the motion of thanks to the President's address is going to continue in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha today.

The general discussion on the Union Budget 2023-24 is also listed in both the Houses.

At the same time, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has given a notice of breach of privilege against Rahul Gandhi.

Nishikant Dubey has written a letter to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha saying that on February 7, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi made allegations against the Prime Minister in Parliament without any proof.

His allegations were wrong, misleading.

Nishikant Dubey has also called upon the Lok Sabha Speaker to take action against Rahul Gandhi.

Nishikant Dubey has written a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla accusing Rahul Gandhi of violating rules by "misleading the House" by making remarks against PM Modi without "documentary evidence".

The BJP MP wrote in his letter, "While participating in the debate on the Motion of Thanks to the President's Address in the Lok Sabha, MP Rahul Gandhi made certain unverified, derogatory and defamatory statements against the Prime Minister."

Let us tell you that while besieging the Central Government in the Parliament yesterday, Rahul Gandhi also accused the Prime Minister.

Since then BJP is aggressive on Rahul Gandhi.

Senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad had held a press conference on Monday itself regarding Rahul Gandhi's speech in Parliament.

During this, Ravi Shankar Prasad said that whatever Rahul Gandhi said in the Lok Sabha was very shameful.

All his allegations are baseless.

We were hoping that Rahul Gandhi would maintain decorum during the discussion about the President's address, but the shamelessness with which he has made allegations, makes it necessary that the truth about him and his family should also be brought to the fore.
