With its decision from today, the Central Election Commission (CEC) determined the conditions for registration of initiative committees in the regional election commissions (RIC) for participation in the elections for people's representatives on April 2, 2023. 

The registration of initiative committees starts from 9:30 a.m. on February 13 at the RIC, with the deadline being 5:00 p.m. on February 20, 2023. 

RIC adopts a separate decision for the registration of each initiative committee.

The decisions are entered immediately in the register of the initiative committees for participation in the elections for people's representatives and in the public register of the initiative committees.

From February 8, parties and coalitions can submit registration documents to participate in the elections

The full conditions for registration of an Initiative Committee are specified in the decision of the CEC.
